Sunitha is an outcomes-driven growth, business development and marketing leader who has spent 21 years growing revenue and market share at commercial real estate’s Big Three — CBRE, Colliers International and JLL — including 10 years in the United States and Canada.

Sunitha has worked alongside CEOs, CFOs and Managing Directors to set and achieve growth objectives and has successfully implemented client engagement and business development strategies worth $10B in deal value.

At Smarter Communities, Sunitha leads the Growth function which focusses on the end-to-end business development cycle, including identifying new growth opportunities, pursuing and winning new business as well as growing and retaining existing clients.

Sunitha is an empathic and authentic leader who is passionate about building and motivating high-performance and engaged teams who collaborate in a cohesive and efficient manner to deliver growth outcomes.

Sunitha has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Western Sydney University, majoring in Management and Marketing.
